These terms govern your use of the Solution Stack assessment service (the "Service"), provided by Solution Stack ("we," "us"). By submitting an assessment intake, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
What the Service is
You provide information and a voice recording about your business; we use AI-assisted analysis to generate a written assessment (the "Assessment") and deliver it to you. The Assessment is currently provided free of charge.
AI disclosure and no professional advice
Your Assessment is generated with the help of artificial intelligence. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The Assessment is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. We are not your lawyer, accountant, or advisor.
You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying anything in the Assessment before acting on it, and for any decision you make based on it. We do not guarantee any particular result, savings, or outcome.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Only submit information you have the right to share — do not submit other people's confidential or personal information without their permission.
- Use the Service lawfully.
Intellectual property
We own the assessment format, templates, and methods. You're free to use the Assessment we deliver for your own business purposes.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for transcription, AI generation, email, and storage) that we don't control. We're not responsible for their acts, outages, or changes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Solution Stack and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on the Assessment. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Indemnification
You agree to cover us for claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.
Changes
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Santa Cruz County, California.
