Solution Stack ("Solution Stack," "we," "us") provides an AI-assisted Business Snapshot. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Snapshot, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.

What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, optional company name, and your answers about the business process you want to improve.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data your browser sends (device/browser type, approximate location, pages viewed) and any analytics we may add later.
How we use it
- To generate and display your Business Snapshot.
- To save your submission and follow up when there is a useful next step.
- To improve the Snapshot and our service.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
AI and third-party processing
To create your Snapshot, the information you provide is processed by third-party services we rely on, including:
- Large language model providers to analyze your answers and generate the Snapshot (e.g., Anthropic).
- Email delivery providers to notify us of a new submission (e.g., Resend).
- Hosting and storage providers to run the service and hold the submission (e.g., Vercel).
These providers process your data on our behalf to deliver the service, and we share only what each purpose requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission and Snapshot for 12 months, then delete them — unless you ask us to delete them sooner. To request deletion or a copy of your data, message Solution Stack on LinkedIn.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by messaging Solution Stack on LinkedIn. If you're a California resident, you have rights to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights — we honor these requests regardless of whether the law currently requires us to.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our service isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll post the new version here with a revised date.
