Solution Stack ("Solution Stack," "we," "us") provides AI-assisted business assessments. This policy explains what we collect when you use our assessment intake, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.
Questions: joeshuadams@gmail.com
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, business name, optional company website, and the voice recording you submit — including everything you say in it — plus the text transcript we generate from it.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data your browser sends (device/browser type, approximate location, pages viewed) and any analytics we may add later.
How we use it
- To transcribe your recording, generate your AI Assessment, and deliver it to you.
- To follow up with you about your assessment.
- To improve our assessment process and service.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
AI and third-party processing
To create your assessment, the information you provide and your recording are processed by third-party services we rely on, including:
- Speech-to-text providers to transcribe your recording (e.g., OpenAI).
- Large language model providers to analyze it and generate your assessment (e.g., Anthropic).
- Email delivery (e.g., Resend) to send your assessment.
- File storage (e.g., Google) to hold your assessment and related files.
These providers process your data on our behalf to deliver the service, and we share only what each purpose requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your recording, transcript, and assessment for 12 months, then delete them — unless you ask us to delete them sooner. To request deletion or a copy of your data, email joeshuadams@gmail.com.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing joeshuadams@gmail.com. If you're a California resident, you have rights to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights — we honor these requests regardless of whether the law currently requires us to.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our service isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll post the new version here with a revised date.
